Discount Tire

I've been here a couple times and always receive good service. Had a nail in one tire and the other was a slow leak. I bought the tires online but didn't set an appointment and did a walk-in. They asked if I was staying with my car or dropping it off. I told them I'd stay and they said it'd be a few hours. (5pm and I got there around 1:45) So I decided to just drop it off. Got home and about 45 mins later, I got a text my service was complete. Glad to have been under promised and over delivered to.

Purchased 4 tires in March 23’ had my TPMS light come on a few miles out of town. Being a sensor issue and living out of town wasn’t too worried about it. Had it replaced today and the sensor was not even in the tire and was most likely broken and they just didn’t say anything. Tires are working out fine. Wont trust or use these guys again though.

Took longer to get my tires rotated then it did to get new tires installed at a different Discount Tire and they mentioned on 3 separate occasions that they were going to adjust the air pressure in my tires and they still failed to do that. DT in Maple Grove installed new tires AND made sure to properly inflate them in 39 min, these guys took almost an hour just rotate them and can't even bother to check the pressure before they lie and say they did. I had an appointment scheduled and arrived on time.

Ii purchased 4 new tires for wife's car and made the appointment online and it was very easy dropped the car off early and had to wait around a few minutes to get checked in and leave them the keys all that was good but notice when went to leave that there was wheel wights all over the parking lot 2 of them were under my truck . becareful when in there lot

I had someone steal the back 2 tires and rims sometime during the night. I needed to get new tires and so I called to make sure I could get my car in that day. I got a tow truck to take it and they had the right tires so I was able to get everything done the same day. The only thing they didn't have was silver rims so I now have two new tires on the back with black rims and silver rims on the front. At least I have my car which they could have stolen too. But everyone at Discount tire was nice and helpful. I definitely recommend them. The nice thing is if anything happens to these new tires that they can't fix they replace them for free.

I’m my a fan and a longtime customer of discount tire but I’m not sure about this location My 21k miles 2021 Jeep tire picked up couple roofing nails on the bottom tread. Took it too Brooklyn park Discount Tire on 610 to fix/patch it, but they refused to fix it, and said they require at least one inch gap between punctures to be able to patch it (which clearly is the case as you can see in my pic it’s more than a inch). I had the tire in my trunk, and rep didn’t even bother to measure it to visually confirm it with the customer of their requirement. Instead right away they were interested in selling a whole new tire totaling $300 I took my tire to a different place for a second opinion, and they throughly inspected it and fixed it for $40. Their quote on the new tire was good, but maybe I would’t take a good tire to get it fixed here as they will likely try to sell you a new tire
